On Thursday, Indian Edtech start-up company Infinity Learn said it has acquired Wizklub for 10million US Dollars as a part of its entry into the cognitive learning segment. Wizklub is a cognitive development start-up that builds skills for children between 6-14 years through High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and SmarTech programs.
A team of 100 people will now work in Infinity Learn under the cognitive learning vertical “Infinity Futurz”.
This segment will help students learn High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) such as critical thinking, analytical thinking, complex problem solving, active learning, innovation and the ability to use technology to solve problems.
The company is expecting that over the next 2 years, over one million young students will be joining Infinity Futurz for multi-year journey
This will be the company’s third acquisition in a statement. Before this In October 2021, Infinity Learn acquired Teacherr, a digital platform for the teaching community and Don’t Memorise, a concept-based multilingual content platform.

Educational services firm Sri Chaitanya group with the launch of Infinity Learn, Entered into the edtech space. It offers students free mock tests so that they can assess themselves and then work further to enhance their knowledge.
Their products include online live classes, self-learn recorded modules, online mock tests, and a 24×7 doubt clearance app.
Bopanna’s team started operations with around 60 – 70 members. Today they have more than 450 people working with them. He said “We are working towards developing great content which is to be curated for the requirement of the students and not just pushing content to them, but something that will be useful for them to deliver an outcome and to see progress in result”
Infinity Learn also signed Rohit Sharma as the Brand Ambassador.
